We understand that plans change from time to time. Please read the following refund policy carefully before committing to a stall or purchasing tickets. This policy outlines the terms for both Sellers and Shoppers.
Sellers
- Payment Terms
Successful applicants will be notified via email and will have 7 days to make payment. Payment can be made via bank transfer or Stripe credit card service. Full payment is required within 7 days to secure your stall.
Payment instructions will be provided upon successful acceptance of your application.
If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, your stall may be reallocated to another applicant. - Refund Conditions
- A 50% refund of your stall fee is available up to 30 days before the event date.
- No refunds will be given within 30 days of the event date.
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to a relative or friend (please notify us with their details prior to the event).
- Bookings cannot be transferred to a future event date.

- Event Cancellation
All Raid My Wardrobe® events are held indoors, and will go ahead regardless of weather conditions.
If an event is cancelled by us, stallholders will receive a full refund of their stall hire fee.
If an event is cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g. government-mandated lockdowns or emergencies), no refunds will be issued. - No-Show Policy
Stallholders who fail to attend the event without notice will not be issued a refund or credit. Please contact us as early as possible if you cannot attend. - Code of Conduct
All stallholders are expected to act in a respectful and professional manner. We reserve the right to remove any seller from the event who breaches event guidelines or behaves inappropriately. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Shoppers
- Entry tickets are purchased through our designated ticketing agency.
- No refunds will be given for purchased tickets.
- Tickets are non-transferable to future events, but you may transfer your ticket to another person if you can no longer attend. The new attendee must present the ticket at the door.
Children’s Entry & Prams
- Children under 12 years enter free of charge and must be accompanied by an adult.
- Please note: Pram access may be limited in crowded spaces.
Lost Items
- Raid My Wardrobe® is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the event. We recommend keeping personal belongings secure at all times.
